Administrative Assistant of Global and Experiential Learning
PerfilPerfil
- To assist with administrative and management tasks to ensure the smooth running of the department, providing support to the educational community, teachers, students and senior management; to carry out the operational and logistical tasks required within the assigned department
- Carry out the operational and logistical tasks required within the assigned department
- Address and manage the needs and situations that arise on a daily basis within the department, taking into account the nature of the role.
- Act as the liaison between the administrative departments (IT, maintenance, canteen, transport, etc.)
- Be responsible for providing resources, booking venues, equipment and the appropriate logistics to meet the department’s various needs.
- Organise and monitor all processes relating to the school’s academic trips (day trips, domestic and international), as well as manage exchange programmes on student platforms and other administrative processes within the area.
RequisitosRequirements
- Technician or technologist specialising in administrative studies or a related field.
- Good customer service and communication skills.
- Spanish 100% – English 70%
- At least 6 months to 1 year of experience in administrative (office) work. Internships are accepted.
