Collect, manage, prepare and present survey data from across the school.

RequisitosRequirements

  • A degree in industrial engineering, business administration,
  • finance, marketing, economics or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in using spreadsheets.
  • Proficiency in BI tools such as Google Data Studio, Power BI, Tableau, etc.
  • English: B1 level
  • At least 3 years’ experience in data management.

Institutional Logistics Analist

To support the logistical management of the School’s institutional activities by organising and updating the programme, monitoring requirements and resources, and ensuring the timely management of the information required for its proper dissemination and implementation.

It will also support projects and processes within the Communications and Public Relations department in accordance with the team’s priorities and the availability dictated by the institutional calendar.

 

RequisitosRequirements

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, particularly Calendar, Sheets, Drive and Forms.
  • Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for organising and retrieving information.
  • Basic knowledge of data management, reporting and key performance indicators.
  • Proficiency in and an aptitude for learning digital platforms and programming tools.
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and the organisation of activities and events.
  • Good writing and written communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of document management and the confidential handling of information.

Desirable

  • Proficiency in data visualisation and analysis tools, such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Basic knowledge of project management and monitoring.
  • Experience in using booking systems, calendars, CRM, ERP or other management platforms.
  • Basic knowledge of process automation and improvement.
  • Fluent in Spanish.
  • Minimum B2 level in English, with the ability to communicate orally and in writing in an international school environment.
