Maternity Cover: Socio-Emotional Counsellor
PerfilPerfil
- Promote the mental health and emotional well-being of Primary School students, helping them to achieve a balance between their academic commitments and their social and emotional needs, through preventive educational interventions developed in groups (for both pupils and parents), as well as individual support for students who require it.
- Identify the socio-emotional needs of referred students in order to establish an intervention/action plan.
- Provide regular socio-emotional support to students who have been identified as needing it in specific events or situations that are outside the normal management of the class but affect the student’s performance at school.
- Communicate directly with parents/guardians to ensure appropriate management of the student.
- Support students when they are going through an emotional crisis or a difficult time.

RequisitosRequirements
- University title in Psychology.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Primary educational institutions and be able to work with children aged 6 to 12 years old.
- Fully Bilingual: English-Spanish
